These terms govern the web development, software engineering, and digital services provided by Pash Digital. We believe in transparent, collaborative partnerships built on trust.
By accessing pash.digital or engaging Pash Digital for design, engineering, or consulting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have full legal authority to bind that entity to these terms.
Pash Digital provides website development, SEO and AI SEO, Google Ads and Meta Ads management, social media management, and marketing automation.
Each client engagement is governed by a specific Statement of Work (SOW), proposal, or invoice detailing project deliverables, estimated timelines, and pricing. Any requests outside the agreed scope will be evaluated and quoted as separate change orders.
Successful project delivery relies on collaborative cooperation. Clients agree to:
Client Ownership: Upon receipt of complete payment for the project, all bespoke designs, codebases, custom components, and assets developed specifically for your project transfer fully to you.
Open Source & Frameworks: Deliverables may incorporate open-source libraries (such as React, Next.js, or TailwindCSS) governed by their respective licenses (e.g., MIT, Apache 2.0).
Portfolio Rights: Unless otherwise agreed in a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), Pash Digital reserves the right to showcase finished work in our online portfolio, case studies, and social media channels.
Each project milestone includes specified revision rounds (typically 2 to 3 iterations) to refine designs and functionality.
Upon delivery of a milestone or final staging link, the client will have a review period (typically 7 to 14 days) to report any discrepancies. If no issues are submitted within this timeframe, the deliverable is deemed accepted.
We take pride in our craft and guarantee that deliverables will perform in substantial accordance with specifications upon delivery.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pash Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, downtime, or data corruption) arising from third-party services, external hosting providers, or unauthorized client code modifications.
Either party may terminate a project agreement upon written notice if the other party breaches a material term and fails to cure such breach within 14 days.
In the event of cancellation, the client will pay for all work completed up to the termination date, and Pash Digital will deliver all work-in-progress materials paid for.
